Most people who gamble do so responsibly and enjoy it as a form of entertainment. For some, however, betting takes over their life, especially when betting is done on a phone and with “in-play” wagers. Sports betting is still not legal in Minnesota. If you are betting on your phone, you are being sent to offshore predatory sites.
